This seems like a dumb move, but I thought Kinect would fail, but it was a huge success due to all the casuals picking up an Xbox. The next Xbox could be huge, but from the leaks/rumors it just won't be for gamers.
If you game on the Xbox 360 along with PS3 and/or PC, you'll realize there's a lot to be desired from the past couple years. I eventually gave my 360 away.
